Vince worked with us to schedule a competitively priced and timely inspection to meet the needs of both the buyer and the seller. He arrived at the home on time and performed the inspection in a very thorough, efficient and professional manner. He was friendly, courteous and communicated effectively with both the buyer and seller, explaining the results of the inspection and suggestions for correcting items needing attention. Vince followed up the inspection via e-mail including text and images of the items covered in the inspection plus follow-up services available to the buyer.
