Our Agreements will be sent over to the client directly for review and signature, agreements will need to be signed and inspection paid for prior to the Inspection report being released.
Unless otherwise authorized and signed for, the inspection will be submitted to the client and reviewed with client only unless authorized by the client to discuss with others.
When the Inspection by Residential Inspection llc is completed a copy of the report and copy of signed agreement will be included in report along with paid receipt to the client.

Residential Inspection LLC accepts all major credit cards, cash and checks. You will receive a receipt at time of agreement of services as well as a receipt will be included with your report upon completion. Out of State and local checks will delay report delivery, we will complete the Inspection but delivery of report will be submitted when check clears. Payments can be done at the location before we start inspection. Should a check not clear payment needs to be made with a additional method of payment plus any fees associated with a returned check allowable by law.
