         With so many pools and spas in Florida, in various sizes and shapes, ages and maintenance conditions a Pool and Spa inspection by Residential Inspection can identify deficiencies in your system.
Examination of the  pool and spa includes :

• Surface the deck and we check the coping for pitting cracking and the surrounding deck for discoloration.
• Operation of the pump, we inspect for leaks at joints to and from pool and spa.
• Check and inspect filtration system proper operation and skimming.
  
• Heater operation if applicable.
  
• Check for pressure at inlets and pressure.
  
• Inspect back washing systems for clearances and discharging.
• Inspect electrical panel junction box, GFI, and that disconnects are in recommended places. Inspection also includes pool lights and testing of the pool GFI outlet. Electrical conduit -checking all connections are tight and properly installed as well as any loose and or exposed wiring and for properly grounded equipment.
• Safety- We inspect gates, fences and barriers to make sure they meet standards of practice guidelines.
