​Home Inspection fees include : Inspection, permit search, overview if on site, and post inspection review and answering of any questions. Every Home Inspection Includes over $100,000 in warranty coverage
Fees include Home, attached garage, patios, lanai and perimeter of home. Does not include pool/spa, or outbuildings.

Roof and Sewergard are not included because its shared with the Condominium association.

These two important questions can help you make a decision because inspectors follow different standards of practice and not everything is included . You should research and find out what is included and what is not . Examples of items that may not be included by others  includes appliances and irrigation systems.(We include them!)

Town home Inspection Fees and warranty coverage
Includes Town home, garage, and storage area pertaining to clients home. Does not include HOA covered items

Town home without Roof, (HOA responsible for roof.) 
Does not include roof warranty or sewergard since it is shared with the Homeowners Association.

Roof warranty is included, if sewer is shared with other units or covered by the HOA then sewergard warranty is not covered.

Pool Inspection

 Inspection of your pool, deck filtration system, electrical and safety components.
$100 with Home Inspection
(Save $75 off reg fee)
$175 as a stand alone(Volusia and Flagler County only) inspection.

            FHA/VA Drinking Water/Well Testing 
        Water Test include :Total Coliform bacteria, E.coli, Lead, Nitrate.
        3 business day turnaround upon receipt of delivery.  Water tests can only be done Monday thru Thursday. Optional 2 business day turnaround $40 additional fee.
Fees for Volusia and Flagler counties $325. When done with a Home Inspection $285.(Saves $40). St Johns, Lake  & Seminole County $350.

Air Quality Testing Mold Testing with Guaranteed Results
              Starts as low as $95. for a swab test.
              2 Sample testing homes up to approx 900 sq ft $225
              3 Samples up to 2000 sq ft Home $295.
