  • If you are not attending the inspection, please let the inspector know how to gain access.
If there are items that are not operable please call the client and explain this to them,so they may decide whether or not to reschedule the inspection.Inspection dates and times are set and second trips for home inspectors are usually not for free and buyers liable for a return fee,which upsets everyone.
