We are pet friendly and don't mind having your pet in the home during the inspection. Please understand I will be in their home and some dogs are protecting their domain ( I have 4 dogs). To be safe we will discuss the flow of the inspection, let your pet feel me out, so that "Fido" understands and recognizes me.
If the pet becomes over aggressive we will discuss a plan to work around your pet.
The potential danger which we want to avoid is to have your pet bite me and in the event where an injury occurs it may become an issue with your insurance company. So lets all be safe.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Roxanne since October of 1997. On Halloween of 1998 our son Douglas was born. We moved to Florida when our son was accepted to attend Stetson University in Deland, Florida so he could commute to college (his choice). My wife has wanted to move here and our son only wanted to go to college in Florida. Thank goodness for Scholarships and Loans.
